Neil Patrick Harris, along with his husband David Burtka and their two children, is known for getting into the spirit of Halloween. In years past, the family has channeled “Peter Pan,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “Alice in Wonderland,” Frankenstein, Dracula, and more. This year, they went all out to save Gotham, dressing the kids up as Batman and Robin, and the adults as villains – NPH as the Riddler, and Burtka as the Joker.
“Pretty Little Liars” actress Lucy Hale embraced the social media age this Halloween, dressing as the blue Twitter bird. Complete with wings and hashtags, Hale was decked out in head-to-toe blue, apart from her yellow-booted bird feet.
Superstar Beyoncé channeled her pop idol Janet Jackson, and had her adorable daughter Blue Ivy accompany her as Michael Jackson himself. The cute pair posted the above photo to the star’s blog to show off their looks.
Iggy Azalea was recently called out by rapper Snoop Dogg on Twitter, who said, “So we just gonna ignore the fact that Iggy look like Marlon from “White Chicks.”” Azalea and Snoop made amends after the comment, but she couldn’t help but show her coolness with the incident by dressing up as Marlon Wayans’ character from “White Chicks” for Halloween this year. She even uploaded a video of her dancing to Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” (featured in the film), with the caption, “Bye haterzzzzzz.”
Rather than go the sexy or scary route this year, popstar Katy Perry decided to go for the laughs with a full-body Flaming Hot Cheetos costume. You have to hand it to her – she really committed, Cheetos handbag and all!
The co-hosts of “Live! With Kelly and Michael” decided to poke some fun at Kimye (also known as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West) on Halloween, dressing up as the couple on their wedding day. But basically Ripa’s massive butt in her wedding dress makes this costume complete.
Singer Demi Lovato and “That ’70s Show” star Wilmer Valderrama went the couple-costume track for Halloween, debuting their Ricky Ricardo and Lucille Ball outfits at a party. Previously, they also posted pictures of their first costumes on Instagram, as a charro skeleton and Catrina.
“Teen Wolf” and “Arrow” star Colton Haynes employed the talents of a group of make-up artists to make sure that his Halloween costume ran true to its inspiration – Princess Fiona from “Shrek.” No more words are needed, just look at that magical creation! Spot on.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford rocked it this Halloween as Cher, while her hubby, Rande Gerber, channeled his inner Gregg Allman, of the Allman Brothers. The two debuted their looks at a Casamigos Tequila party on Oct. 25.
Victoria’s Secret model and “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum is also known for her love of Halloween, and pulled out all the stops this year to dress as a magical, multi-colored butterfly. The transformation took more than five hours, but it was undoubtedly worth it!
