The man who made “major key” a major thing sold his Waterfront Aventura mansion for a major discount. DJ Khaled’s five-bedroom, 6,697-square-foot home sold for $4.8 million – 40 percent lower than the nearly $8 million asking price in December 2018, reported The Real Deal.

The mansion is a ”four-story estate, built in 2001, [that] features 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, a granite staircase, wine room, chef’s kitchen, pool and Jacuzzi. It also has a media room and a master suite with a walk-in closet, and featured a separate closet for Khaled’s shoes.”

Khaled currently resides in a more expensive estate on Miami Beach among many other celebrities and moguls.
