Ghislaine Maxwell Was A Guest At Jeff Bezos’s Secret ‘Campfire’ Retreats
Ghislaine Maxwell’s whereabouts may be unknown right now, but the British socialite who allegedly pimped underage girls for sex offender Jeffrey Epstein showed up in 2018 at Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ secret “Campfire” retreat as his guest.
At one time, everyone knew where to find Ghislaine Maxwell, Caroline Davies wrote for the Guardian. Now her whereabouts are unknown.
Epstein was arrested on new charges on July 6, 2019, for sex trafficking underage girls in Florida and New York in the early 2000s . He was previously convicted in a Florida state court in 2008 of soliciting a prostitute and of procuring a 17-year-old girl for prostitution. He served 13 months in “custody with work release” as part of a plea deal where federal officials had identified 36 victims. The plea deal gave Epstein immunity from all federal criminal charges.
Epstein died in prison on Aug. 10 by homicide or suicide.
Maxwell has been accused in civil lawsuits of being Epstein’s “fixer” and helping him run a sex trafficking operation. She has been named as his accomplice, according to victim statements dating to 2011. Maxwell has not been arrested or charged and has always denied any wrongdoing or involvement.
Maxwell is the youngest daughter of Robert Maxwell, a British media mogul who fell to his death from his £15 million yacht 30 years ago.
Bezos’s secretive Campfire writers’ retreats are held each fall. The elite are invited, and no one talks about it, Ben Makuch wrote for Vice. Guests include tech entrepreneurs, business leaders and celebrities. Not everyone is a household name.
Someone talked about Maxwell attending.
Epstein’s name has been linked to famous friends and acquaintances including President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew The Duke of York, New York Daily News former owner Mort Zuckerman, and actor-director Woody Allen.

Jamarlin talks about the recent backlash against Lebron James for not speaking up for Joshua Wong and the violent Hong Kong protestors.
Bill Cosby, Malcolm Gladwell, Chris Tucker and Naomi Campbell are among the elite who flew on Epstein’s plane and were named in his “black book.”
Maxwell had a romantic relationship with Epstein for several years in the early 1990s and remained closely associated with him, according to the New York Times.
When Epstein died in prison cell, many wondered if the investigation into his alleged crimes would continue. The U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York said it will continue to pursue justice for Epstein’s alleged victims, which could include going after alleged co-conspirators.
Maxwell is suspected of playing a critical role in recruiting and grooming underage girls into Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring.
Maxwell’s whereabouts are unknown, Vice reported. A photo of her surfaced in August having a burger and milkshake at a fast-food restaurant in California and reading a book about the CIA. She has been reportedly hiding in Brazil with another alleged Epstein associate. The lawyer of one of her accusers says she has disappeared.
