The crown prince of Morocco, 13, has been known to go on lavish shopping trips. While attending a U.N. general assembly meeting in New York City, the King of Morocco sent his staff to Bloomingdales to spend tens of thousands of dollars on his son. The prince did not even attend this particular shopping trip. He sat at the hotel and awaited his new purchases. The crown prince has reportedly begun to take a more authoritative role and will not let dignitaries kiss his hand in the traditional manner.

King Mswati III of Swaziland has been criticized for using government money to let his children party in Los Angeles while many locals in Swaziland struggle to eat. By some counts Mswati has 15 wives and 30 children. Mswati regularly takes his children with him on international trips, and the family has been spotted hanging out at the Windsor suite at Heathrow airport. In 2014, the King increased his household spending by 10 percent up to $61 million. Pictured here is Princess Sikhanyiso Dlamini of Swaziland (born Sept. 1, 1987), his oldest daughter.
