The UEFA Champions League has reached the knockout stages, with 16 teams remaining in the competition. This week sees the action continue, as the best sides in Europe clash for a place in the quarter-finals.

African players have a great deal to contribute to their European clubs in the flagship tournament, and will be involved in the coming weeks as the best soccer teams on the continent clash.
