BP Angola Invests Over U.S.$ 25 Million in Country

The director for Marketing of BP Angola oil company, Amílcar da Costa, said  in Luanda that the institution has already invested in the country until now over $25 million in its operations.

Amílcar da Costa said so to Angop at Luanda International Trade Fair (FILDA), happening since Tuesday, under the topic “The challenges of attracting investment: Strategic, Infrastructure and human resources”.

The official explained that in future the company expects to invest over $15 million in new areas of exploration and in various projects part of the company’s social responsibility.

The source added that this is the global basis of social investment made directly by BP Angola and by blocks operated by the company, to contribute in actively in the social progress of the country, focused on human development.
