Former Sierra Leone tactician Johnny McKinstry is the favourite to be named head coach of the Rwanda national football team.

Rwanda Football Federation (Ferwafa) president Vincent Degaule Nzamwita spoke of the developments.

“We are currently in positive talks with Johnny McKinstry and we really think that we shall conclude these talks soon and make an official announcement by the end of this week.”
