“We have improved the media industry so journalists can grow and we also plan to introduce new laws that are already in practice in the rest of the world on the decriminalization of the press,”¬†Cyril Reboza, Minister of Communication and Information Relations told CCTV Africa.¬†“So we think that proves our goodwill toward improving the industry.”

He said that there are two sides to media complaints and that the government is not implementing harsh laws or harm.
