Orange Kenya has launched that country’s first ever self-care app that will allow its subscribers to enjoy personalized account management experience.

The app, dubbed myOrange is designed for Android phones, and will come with a GPS enabled feature map to help customers locate Orange and partner shops across the country.

Orange chief executive, Mickael Ghossein said the company recognizes the change in customer trends when it comes to the mobile phone as a necessity in today’s world, and it will endeavor to improve its value proposition to its customers.

“We are therefore innovating daily to come up with better avenues through which our customers can access our services easily and with simplicity, as well as give feedback on the products and solutions that we roll out in the market,” said Ghossein.

The company will also use the app as another advertising channel to promote its products, offers and services to its subscribers.
