Tullow Oil Plc (TLW), a U.K. explorer with most of its licenses in Africa, said Ghana’s approval its $4.5 billion oil-field development paves the way for construction of the offshore project.
The government approved the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme field plan, Tullow said today in a statement. The partners, including Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC) and Kosmos Energy Ltd.
