The beaches appear completely untouched by civilization at Bom Bom Islet on the northern shore of Príncipe, a volcanic island in the Gulf of Guinea. During the summer, you can watch the humpback whale migration. There are some old colonial estates still standing on the island.

Lamu Archipelago, Kenya Coast

It is just 500 meters in diameter, 1.5 kilometers in circumference and surrounded by some of the most beautiful reefs, making it a popular scuba-diving destination. Anse Source d’Argent, Seychelles

Anse Source d’Argent is a picturesque island with massive, smooth boulders embedded in the beach, and thick tropical foliage hugging the waters. The water is very shallow for several meters out, so you can go for a long beach stroll with just your ankles wet, or sit in the tide without worrying about it getting too high.
