President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has broken grounds for the construction of a new US$10 million Monrovia Vocational Training Center (MVTC) campus, aimed at helping Liberia achieve its transformative goals.

The new MVTC, covering 6,000 square meters, will include two three-storey buildings – one for teaching and training, and the other for faculty dormitory – and a two-storey student dormitory. The entire project is being financed by the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
