Rick Ross just increased his portfolio – of real estate that is. The ‘Hustlin’” MC recently purchased 87 acres of land Georgia for $1 million, the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) reported.

A Miami native who already has a massive mansion in Atlanta, Ross announced the purchase on Instagram last Wednesday, Oct. 21. He posted a photo with realtor Mitt Conerly in which the two held a “SOLD” sign over the property’s for sale sign.

Born William Leonard Roberts II, Ross captioned the photo: “Promise land just got BIGGER.”

Located in Fayetteville, 20 miles outside of Atlanta, AJC reported the property is near Ross’ current home. There are two additional houses and two lakes on the land.

Ross’ mansion is said to be beautiful and was used during filming of the upcoming sequel to the 1985 classic, Coming To America” which is titled “Coming 2 America.” Ross is also starring in the movie.

It was previously owned by boxing champ Evander Holyfield and Ross purchased it in 2014. Among its features are 109 rooms, a 100-person dining room, a 135-seat theater, a bowling alley, a double-sided marble staircase and more.

Some fans congratulated Ross on the purchase.

“It must be a blessing to Be able to buy anything in the world and never have to be told no,” one user commented.

Another added, “i f**k with Rick Ross cause he’s teaching wealth.” “If Ross don’t motivate you, i don’t know what else will,” wrote another.

Jamarlin makes the case for why this is a multi-factor rebellion vs. just protests about George Floyd. He discusses the Democratic Party’s sneaky relationship with the police in cities and states under Dem control, and why Joe Biden is a cop and the Steve Jobs of mass incarceration.

Others told Ross he needed to start dealing with Black realtors

“Get you a BLACK realtor … y’all love making them white boys rich forever,” commented user @dukofdaytona with eyeroll emojis.

“Congratulations but please Support black realtors,” added user @krys_aubreycam. “I am a black realtor I’ll always support us in this field!”

“Black realtors never get big leads. We mostly get the cheap houses (crumbs). This is a test go driving around in the most expensive neighborhood in your town let me know if you see any black realtors faces on the for sale signs. Ps… Some black realtors don’t even put there pics on the sign because of racism,” wrote user vero2686.

Even former WNBA star Lisa Leslie, who is a realtor, chimed in to shoot her shot for future purchases.

“Awesome, but next time let me sell it to you,” Leslie wrote.
