Foreign investor, Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company, today offloaded 9.87 lakh shares of the private sector lender ING Vysya BankBSE -0.17 % for an estimated Rs 60 crore.

As per information available with the stock exchanges, Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company Ltd sold 9,87,590 shares of ING Vysya Bank through the open market route.

The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 608 valuing the transaction at Rs 60.05 crore. However, the buyer (s) of the shares could not be ascertained immediately. As of September quarter, Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company held 23.76 lakh shares, amounting to 1.27 per cent stake, of ING Vysya Bank.
