The late Nipsey Hussle’s children — Emani, 10, and Kross, 3, — are expected to inherit $1 million each when they come of age, thanks to a trust fund set up by the visionary artist and businessman before his death.

Hussle made sure his children would be financially stable before he died, TMZ reported.

On Thursday, Hussle’s fiancee, Lauren London, told her almost-9-million Instagram followers that Marathon Clothing, the brand conceptualized and owned by Hussle, is collaborating with fashion designer Jerry Lorenzo on a limited-edition collection. Proceeds from the sales will go to the trust fund for the late Hussle’s children.

Shot and killed on March 31 outside his Marathon clothing store, Hussle’s death shocked the world and prompted an outpouring of grief in Los Angeles and around the country.

A judge has granted London sole guardianship of Kross’s inheritance. A judge also appointed Hussle’s immediate family sole custody and guardianship of Emani — Hussle’s child from an earlier relationship with Tanisha Foster. Nipsey’s family felt that Foster was “unfit” to properly parent Emani, BET reported. Emani’s guardians will include Nipsey’s mother, Angelique Smith, and siblings Samantha Smith and Sam “Blacc Sam” Asghedom.

Emani has been living with Hussle’s sister, Samantha, since his death, according to Essence.

Marathon Clothing said it’s working with Lorenzo’s Fear of God clothing company on a special capsule called “08 Crenshaw”. Profits will benefit Emani and Kross.

The collection debuted on Friday at the Fear of God store in Los Angeles. It includes crewneck sweaters, pullover hoodies, sweatpants and sweat shorts available in royal blue and gray.

Hussle opened the Marathon Store in the Crenshaw neighborhood and hired locals to work there. His vision was to redevelop the strip mall in the neighborhood where he was born in South Los Angeles — the same strip mall where he once sold his unsigned mixtapes from the trunk of his car. The vision resonated with fans.

Hussle channeled his success as a hip-hop artist into helping others stay out of gangs in the Crenshaw district. He bought shoes for students, repaved basketball courts, provided jobs for formerly incarcerated and shelter for the homeless. He helped renovate a Mid-City roller rink

Hussle was gunned down in the store parking lot. The Marathon Clothing store is closed indefinitely, preparing for construction and renovation. Many people feared the business would not survive, Celebrity insider reported.

Listen to GHOGH with Jamarlin Martin | Episode 39: Tunde Ogunlana

Jamarlin talks to family wealth advisor Tunde Ogunlana, CEO of Axial Family Advisors, about estate planning and Snoop Dogg’s comment that he doesn’t need a will (“I don’t give a f— when I’m dead. What am I gonna give a f— about?”). They also discuss the growing college debt bubble, whether more free tuition will help solve the problem, and why MBAs are like the bachelor’s degrees of 30 years ago.

However, online sales are booming. The Marathon store has continued to fill customer orders despite the fact that Hussle is no longer there to oversee the business.

“Thank you to everyone who’s been patient with us… Some people have been waiting since April,” Marathon Clothing said last week on Instagram. “Our team has been working around the clock and finally we can say we are down to the last 13,000 orders. Everything is expected to be shipped by the end of November… It’s truly because of you that we were able to continue during the most challenging time of our lives.”
