South Africa President Zuma Says CAR Needs Help From Neighbors, Stability

In an effort to support peace and human rights in Central African Republic, officials from surrounding countries gathered at the CAR International Contact Group meeting held May 3, 2013 in The Republic of the Congo. South Africa president Jacob Zuma delivered a brief address discussing tactics and CAR authority issues.

“All of us here today should spare no effort in finding a solution that will bring about the stability of the entire central African region,” Zuma said in summary.
