The home decor market is projected to reach a whopping $664 billion by 2020, according to Home Decor Market Report published by Allied Market Research.

A Morehouse alum is looking to grab a piece of the home decor market with his company, WeMontage.com. WeMontage lets customers turn their photos into peel and stick, removable wallpaper through the company’s website.

James Oliver, Jr., founded WeMontage in 2013 and the company’s continues to get major media attention as it has been featured on the TODAY Show three times, Good Morning America, Martha Stewart’s website, among other outlets.

“I’m a tech entrepreneur who completed a startup accelerator and successfully raised private investment capital to start WeMontage, the world’s only website that lets you turn your photos into large collages on removable wallpaper,” Oliver wrote on his ‘trepLifeDad profile, a blog for parent entrepreneurs. Oliver earned his degree from Morehouse College before getting an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.

WeMontage allows you to save your family photos but also put copies on display.

“Everyone knows Big Momma has the best photos of the family, but Big Momma won’t let you take the photos out of her house. If you scan those precious photos at the highest resolution, then save them as a jpeg, you can quickly upload them to WeMontage.com and make a memorable montage that you can put on your walls and enjoy everyday in your home or office.” Oliver, Jr., told BlackAmericaWeb.

He added, “Sharing photos taken at a family reunion is important because these are the good old days. The photos you take today at the family reunion will be the precious photos your family covets twenty years from now. And there is no better way to celebrate and enjoy those moments than on a large WeMontage.”

Oliver remains excited about the growth possibilities of WeMontage.

“Well, I’m the dude who had the crazy idea of launching a tech startup without knowing how to write a line of code. I started WeMontage, which challenges users to live beyond the limitations of expensive and cluttered picture frames. And, more importantly, offers users a unique way to display and enjoy their special memories,” he wrote on ‘TrepLife Dad.
