Uganda to Host Business, ICT Conference

The National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U) in partnership with the Uganda Business Process Outsourcing Association (UBPOA) are organizing a 3-day regional BPO Leadership Conference from 18th to 20th September 2013 at the Serena Hotel, Kampala.

The East Africa Regional BPO Conference is a specially designed forum that brings together key players and policy makers in the ICT sector to discuss and debate around critical issues and needs in Offshore/Near shore IT & BPO outsourcing.

Government believes promoting BPO is a step into reducing rampant unemployment in the country.
