Samsung Electronics East Africa has announced that it will introduce the latest smartphones sensation, the Samsung Galaxy S4, into the Kenyan market on May 2.

Chief Operating Officer Robert Ngeru said Samsung plans to partner with local mobile phone service operators to market the new smartphone.

Speaking in Johannesburg, South Africa during the Africa leg of the Samsung Galaxy S4 World Tour 2013, Ngeru disclosed that the new smartphone will be unveiled on Thursday next week, a few days after the global launch set for this Saturday.
