Namibia and Angola have signed a bilateral agreement on the training, manufacturing, sales and management of marine resources, Namibian Press Agency NAMPA reported.

Namibian Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister Bernhard Esau and Angolan Minister of Fisheries, Victoria de Barros Neto signed the agreement at the end of a technical meeting in Luanda, Angola last week.
