Lusaka National Park Now Open To The Public

Tourists traveling to Zambia now have a new national park to add to their bucket list.

The long-awaited Lusaka National Park officially opened to the public on June 3, 2015.

Although it’s the smallest protected area in Zambia, the national park is expected to turn Lusaka into a hub of conservation activities and wildlife research.

Some of the protected species in the park include rhinos, giraffes, zebras, kudus, pukus, warthogs, and one pangolin.
